Universal Truck Service in Tampa

This shop is ridiculous!!! My truck went there on Monday for AC repair, the estimate was for $600. The truck was there for the whole three days. My driver lost his time and money, and so did I. Wednesday night they finally repaired the truck, after me asking them several times when it is going to be ready, and how much it would cost, since I figured it would be more than $600, because the truck was there for three days. The estimate was the same all the time. Wednesday night they finally got it done, and the final amount to pay was almost $1600. I'm so pissed right now! Don't use this shop! This is just unbelievable! Rip offs! They didn't think it was necessary to call me (the owner of the truck) to notify me that it is going to be more. Once again, I asked several time how much it is going to be!!! Be aware truck drivers and Owner Operators! Use a different shop! I have been in this business for too long to deal with unprofessional shops such as this one.
